Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

The Arizona Chapter of the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation uses OneCause to manage our golf and gala events. The software allows us to successfully manage our guest information, live auction & silent auction. It also allows us to assign tables & foursomes for our events. The messaging systems keep us in constant communication with our attendees and sponsors.

Pros

  • Provides excellent staff to assist in-person at the event
  • Excellent response to our feedback in changing the functionality to suit our needs
  • Provides excellent helpdesk to solve issues quickly

Cons

  • Moving procured items into a single lot as a click & move
  • Having a dedicated report for table captains with contact information
  • Having "Donor Advised Fund" as a payment option
  • Benefit on return on value for our sponsors
  • Increased silent auction purchases
  • Easy/Impressive site set-up increases consumer confidence
  • Difficulty of login/use for tech challenged guests
Overall, the software is easy to learn and use effectively. The appearance is impressive on both a laptop and a phone. Customer service or our OneCause representatives are quick to respond to any issues we have before and during the event.
Support is easy to communicate with and quick to respond!
This software is more function inclusive and broad than the others.
