Extremely happy with OneCause.
Overall Satisfaction with OneCause
We are a very small nonprofit organization with a team of one at our headquarters. Our biggest need this year was planning and executing our in-person fundraiser. At the same time, I needed to look into new software to provide more services and features. After conducting research, I found OneCause, and I could not be happier! I knew immediately from the demo that this product would work well for our organization. It is extremely intuitive and easy to use, yet if you have questions, there is always someone available to help. Every member of the team has been excellent to work with! Our fundraiser was extremely successful, and guests really enjoyed using the bidding platform. Since then, I have recommended OneCause to colleagues in the field, and I hope to expand our use of the software's additional features and eventually migrate all of our fundraising activities to OneCause. I can't stress enough what a difference OneCause has made for us!
Pros
- Silent auction item procurement- took a lot of work off my plate by making it automated!
- Silent auction bidding- so simple for our guests!
- Fundraising event promotion- the QR codes and links are easy to share.
Cons
- I can't think of anything I would recommend OneCause change; however, I'd love to see a volunteer management component added to the software if it isn't already there.
- I'd like to enable aggregate donation reporting on our donation page. I'm new to this, so it may be that I just need training.
- Increased offline donations since we established our bidding page.
