Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

This year we used them for our Gala, silent auction and paddle raise.

Pros

  • Reports are easy to find and manage
  • silent auction was much easier to create and being able to print out item descriptions with QR codes was so helpful.
  • check in at the event went smoothly

Cons

  • Their AI help is great but getting a live person can be difficult if you are in a rush.
  • I wish there was one report that showed all patron activity and their contact info.
  • Our patrons reported less issues with this platform than the previous
Most of OneCause was easy to figure out on your own. But they also have numerous training videos to help you with every aspect.
I mostly used the AI help but our scheduled meeting with our advisor we very helpful.
