Overall Satisfaction with OneCause

OneCause allows my organization to run our fundraising events smoothly. The product addresses business problems surrounding payment processing, reconciliation, ticket and sponsorship sales, auction facilitation, attendee tracking, and data reporting, to name a few. We run several fundraising events a year that raise a significant portion of our annual budget, so it is crucial for us to reach and exceed our goals.

OneCause has a lot of features when it comes to fundraising and events, so it's usability is top-notch. The menus are intuitive and it's easy to find what you need when looking for a particular function, or you can use the search bar.
Support has been a huge help for me as I gain knowledge and experience about the platform. I have reached out on several occasions with questions and have received a response within 24 hours at the very latest. The support team at OneCause is very friendly and helpful.

It's more cost effective, for starters. OneCause also has the same features when it comes to events, auctions, and fundraising. Lastly, we feel more supported by the OneCause support team and our success manager than we did with alternative platforms.

OneCause creates for a smooth check-in experience for guests and provides them with a simplified way to access everything in one place. It also helps us collect payments and process charges when needed. Overall, we are very happy OneCause customers!
