Overall Satisfaction with OneLogin

OneLogin is an awesome tool to give to your company. Instead of remembering a kajillion passwords, you have one password for EVERYTHING! Just integrate the apps and you are good to go. Integration will take some time but once that's is done, your team and company will love it, trust me!

  • Better integration for logging in with certs on macs.
  • It's been great since we had it, no negatives besides cert-based logins.
OneLogin stacks up against Okta. Same product, different names. They both are a single sign-on tool and offer users the ability to auto sign in versus having to remember a kajillion passwords. Roll this out to your teams and you will make the teams' lives much easier. Click once and you're signed in!
Once I was introduced to OneLogin and single sign-on, that's what I preach. Users need to know how effective this is and how easy it will make their lives. Once your team is set up, they will really appreciate this system as you really only need to sign on once; hence, single sign-on!
