Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual
We partnered with OneSource Virtual for our Workday implementation. We now use OneSource Virtual for payroll/tax services and for their AMS (post go-live support) services. We have a small HRIS department (2 people), so having their AMS team has been a great extension to our internal team.
- OneSource Virtual's customer support provides first class service. They are knowledgeable on every Workday module and response time is quick.
- Working closely with the group and being able to communicate effectively on issues has been an easy process through their online portal.
- We have relied on their expertise for benefits and open enrollment each year since go-live (2019) and have run smoothly.
- They provide webinars and communications to their customers to keep us up to date on changes and upcoming release features.
- We honestly haven't had a moment where we thought they needed to improve upon a process or issue.

We evaluated 1 other implementation partner, but there wasn't any comparison. OneSource Virtual made us very comfortable from the beginning, allowing us to interview members of their project team. They were also helpful in providing recommendations for other outside consultants who knew our legacy system and could help with the data gathering process.
