Overall Satisfaction with OneSource Virtual

OneSource Virtual was the company that Pace Industries used to implement Workday across our whole company, in the United States and Mexico. Pace Industries was transitioning from Ceridian Dayforce to Workday, and OneSource Virtual did a great job in migrating all of our company's employees and information from one system to another.
  • Exceptional customer service, very responsive.
  • Very competitive pricing. Always fair as new requirements come up.
  • Very experienced implementation team. High quality work.
  • Prepared the customer very well to be self-sufficient.
  • A final package of all knowledge transfer material would be great!
  • Recommended best-in-practice methods for our HR department, streamlining our processes.
  • We are saving almost 50% on our HRIS costs after switching to Workday.
Without disclosing the other vendors we shopped out, OneSource Virtual was right in the middle of the pack for cost. What gave them the project was that they had a long history of success with implementations, as well as a large percent of all Workday implementations. Our HR team has been plagued with previous implementing companies that weren't seasoned enough for our project. This was certainly not the case with OneSource Virtual.
Absolutely top of the line. This is the main reason why we would recommend OneSource Virtual to other companies looking for an implementation or professional services partner. Very responsive.
I would highly recommend OneSource Virtual to any medium enterprise company that is looking to implement Workday. They have also been very helpful after our Go-Live with items that we didn't include in our implementation. Since they already knew our company so well, additional work was fast and easy. They were excellent when reporting progress to our Executive Team so project buy-in at the highest level was exceptional.
