Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office
Used across whole organization. Allows remote access to work from home and if internet or power is not available. Also allows texting & receiving texts. Also has virtual fax and virtual conference rooms that we use often for phone conferences with clients and vendors. A great, robust system that is reasonably priced.
- Remote access to receive calls, voicemails, and make remote calls from your extension showing the corporate main line number.
- Allows texting and receiving texts- great to verify your business through Google.
- Virtual Conference rooms work with little effort and are dependable.
- Ooma has the features I want. I don't think I need anything else.
- Keeps monthly cost down - just had to purchase network phone at a discount from sales rep via phone.
I chose Ooma Office because it has just what I need and gives room for expansion. And it's low cost.
