Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We used to have a custom in house build CMS. The issue with that, with every content changes, we (technology team) need to be part of the process as we didn't have a custom content updater tool. With Optimizely Content Management System that issue got resolved by having the capability of build once use multiple times/sites.

We migrated and went live within a year and the longest time was content mapping. This is the first step that I would recommend that your company should go through. This will "force" you to throw digital garbage.
