Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Content Management System
We use CMS to run our entire site, build our product pages and deliver our overall ecommerce customer experience.
- Page layout flexibility.
- Efficiency of building and managing the site.
- Ability to customize to arrive at unique solutions that differentiate our business.
- Integration and consistency of the Opti PIM.
- Page design drag and drop can run into issues with more complex page designs.
- Its allowed us to set the table for significant scalability for our business.
We use the CMS along with Opti PIM and the analytics packages in conjunction with one another.
The products are all under the same umbrella and therefore play nicely together. It is also easy from a development partner standpoint because we can rely on one partner to help across the various Opti products rather than have the need for additional outside consultants.
12 mos. We were shooting for six months but were overly aggressive with that target. Now that we are up and running, our time to market in rolling out new features has been extremely quick. For instance, we rolled out a free shipping promotion program within two months of our original go-live. We've also since developed many other incremental and significant enhancements in our first year.
