It can take a bit to learn about each system get everything wired up, but over all the systems plays very well together.
The initial stand up of a site is very fast. However, building the site out take time and diligence. You definitely want to have vision in mind to execute on. If you use the CMS out of the box and can rely on it for most of your workflows it will be very beneficial. If you need to start incorporating other internal systems and workflows, it is very doable, but starts to add complexity as you inherit any issues from those other systems
