Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Analytics Cloud

We use Oracle Analytics Cloud to extract data of colleagues who are present in the company and those who have left the company. It helps us mainiting the database records from name, official email IDs, employee IDs (if they wish to join us back in the future), personal mobile number, personal email ID, their last position in company when they left, and if we can re-hire or not.

Pros

  • Sorting out the data on basis of IDs of employee
  • Pull report of ex-colleagues by just a quick 2-3 prompts
  • Stores data in a form which is easily readable
  • Easy extraction of data anytime and anywhere by approved systeme users

Cons

  • Sometimes data is too cluttered and is hard to read, and the only solution is to download.
  • Would love to see if data can be downloaded in PowerPoint form.
  • Sometimes data sheet are empty when too much of data is to be extracted for selection
  • Easy, fast and quick sorting of data and accuracy is flawless
  • Data from years of storing can be accessed so fast
  • Downloading of report is superfast with correct data
I gave this rating because it's near perfect. A rating is 9 for the tremendous work being put behind the tool. The tool that is safe and easily accessible to all colleagues in the company with the help of various levels of security or data accessibility to each colleague/team. It is fast, accurate, and downloads the data in no time.
Oracle Analytics Cloud stacks up against them pretty well. I found it almost identical. Oracle Analytics Cloud is more to me a one-stop solution with all necessary details and data and due to its security and personalized access to each colleague and team. We are simply relaxed and at ease with using data/ sharing the data.

Pulling out reports of company-based people. Where we needed details of colleagues that are present with us or even those who have left the company.
It stores names, designations, personal email, phone numbers, official email, numbers, employee IDs, the role they were playing, and their tenure information in the current/existing role.
