Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Analytics Cloud

We used Oracle Analytics in the past organization, and its primary main function was assisting us in generating various reports, statistics, and graphical displays of various data as needed to be resent. To my knowledge and understanding, there could be various packages that organizations may opt for and hence, a diversity of tools for reporting and graphical visualization.

Pros

  • extracting data from database and generating varios reports as required that capture analytical acumen
  • visualised reports
  • compiling and transforming data from multiple resources

Cons

  • pricing
  • probably certain AI tools that were not popular at that time
  • no negative impact; the pricing is the only possible concern where certain discounts may be offered
Affordable and could be also 'married' (or integrated) with the other HRIS platfrms. ALso, system interface is always an important thing and we have availed overall high positive response from those stakeholders who used / applied this systes. In essence, there is not so much difference as both could be availed and implementted within organisation. Oracle Analytics again has a great visualisation options that could be easily read by all stakeholders and absorbed at a higher rate.

I would suggest that this is a good platform/software that allows our HR team and other departments to generate various reports, statistics, and graphical display of various data as needed to be resent.
