Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud HCM

Oracle Cloud HCM being a powerful HR Management tool is being used [in] most of the departments of my organization. This helps in managing the performance of the employee and is a great payroll solution. We can manage our time offs and track them effectively. There is also a learning module that helps us to track all the mandatory trainings.
  • Single portal for all the HR related issues and activities.
  • The User Interface is clean and easy to use
  • This is Mobile friendly and can be accessed anytime easily.
  • Customization options could be improved.
  • Reporting part is not good at all.
  • Notifications are not very effective.
  • They have integrated this with Concur.
  • Enabling the mobile feature part which makes it easily accessible.

Oracle Cloud HCM is a very good solution for [mid-size] to large organizations to support all the complex HR activities and make them more [employee-friendly]. Everything is under one roof which makes it easier to use by everyone. For small organizations, this could be an expensive product to implement.
