Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is used to host virtual servers and store data in our organization by the application teams to compute and process the customer data. As a Financial organization, we have tons of data coming into our system which should be processed to make business decisions for expanding the business and improve our systems and processes.
  • Reliability
  • Advanced security
  • Automated Tuning
  • Global Availability of Datacenters
  • Integration with third-party services
  • User interface
  • Community support
  • Improved Performance of applications and Databases
  • Enhanced Security
  • Better Data insights
Compared to its competitors, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is the best solution for autonomous databases which reduces the overall operational burden on the team. It is best suited for regulated industries like Banking due to its enhanced compliance and security along with its support for Hybrid cloud which makes it easier to handle complex multi-cloud infrastructure.

Yes

Yes

Did Oracle Cloud Infrastructure live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Oracle Cloud Infrastructure again?

Yes

The use case scenarios of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure depend on multiple factors like size of the company, budget the type of application that you want to run but in general it is best suited for large Enterprise Companies which are on a Hybrid cloud model and which need services like Data analytics and HPC. It is not suited for small startups, short-term projects, third-party integrations, etc. due to budget constraints and compatibility issues in my opinion.
