Overall Satisfaction with Oracle Eloqua

We use Eloqua as our primary marketing automation tool to help execute email programs which include transactional, onboarding and integrated marketing campaigns. Eloqua is used by marketing teams in all regions. We also provide access to our sales teams to view individual profiles for each contact.

Pros

  • Robust features
  • Large ecosystem of partners so you can integrate systems and workflows
  • The recent update of reporting capabilities for full funnel reporting and customization
  • Ability to set up user rules to manage workflow management

Cons

  • Reporting still not where it should be
  • Ability to segment off of form submission fields
  • Campaign canvas not as easy to use compared to Marketo
Eloqua can scale and companies looking to grow their marketing programs on a global scale should evaluate them as an option.
