Overall Satisfaction with Oracle HCM Cloud

NSF International uses ORACLE Cloud HCM as the HR system of record for all global employees. ORACLE Cloud HCM is deployed in 30+ countries in 6 languages providing a common toolset to all employees.

Pros

  • Easy to use GUI for employees and managers
  • Powerful Business Intelligence tools to provide robust reporting to managers and HR staff

Cons

  • Geographical hierarchies and Address verification can be difficult to maintain on a global scale
  • Managing legal entities and transfers between them can be a challenge
Well suited for companies who want a robust HCM platform and are willing to spend the money, time, and/or resources on implementation and maintenance.
