Pros

PeopleSoft is a great "one stop shop" human capital management system.
PeopleSoft makes it easy for employees to access information about their payroll and benefits.
PeopleSoft is a party of why our Employee Giving Program is so efficient and successful.

Cons

The interface could be improved - it could look more modern.
The menu could be more "user-friendly" - it seems targeted at administrators, not your average users and especially not users who aren't typically at a computer screen.

Return on Investment

PeopleSoft has allowed our organization to move from using several systems, to one human capital management software. This is unifying for the organization and increases efficency.
