Pros

  • User friendly and easy to use.
  • Easy to maintain data.
  • Strong reporting functions

Cons

  • I wish it could be processed faster.
  • The reporting function made my data analysis easier
It is easy to use and train, so that the administrators can maintain the system better. Improving processing speed could be faster: that would be a good improvement.
No system is perfect, I think PeopleSoft is good enough to use amd implement.
