Overall Satisfaction with Orum
We use Orum as a power dialer as Sales Development Representatives on a daily basis to make an average of 50-100 calls. The tool guides us through these calls and presents us with the information we need to make each call and the AI function takes notes as we engage with each person during the call. The notes are rather accurate and can be easily captured into the debrief of the call. The notes are easy to search through the history and the integration with Outreach, Salesforce, and even LinkedIn work quite well and round out the searches that I use while on the phone quite nicely.

- useful integration to other platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn
- always improving the group calling functions which is helpful
- the AI notes can always be improved, but I think the first release was a great start
- Overall Orum allows us to increase our call volumes and tactically decide how to handle our call logs for the day.
- I can determine how to call into my individual sequences according to the design and strategy of each sequence.
