Orum OSI Review
Overall Satisfaction with Orum
I am the top user of Orum at my company based on amount of calls made and time spent in the platform. The main problem it addresses is allowing me to perform the volume of tasks that before were impossible to do manually. In my role I'm expected to make a minimum of 100 calls a day, and before Orum, doing this took all day and left no time for other tasks that I needed to get done, but with Orum, this only takes a couple hours if that. This has given me way more time back in my day.
Pros
- Automated dialing
- Giving scores/feedback of calls I made
- Allowing me to do mock calls and meetings with the AI to practice before calling real people
Cons
- When doing the AI roleplay, it'd be great to get better feedback/a score for my roleplay like I get on calls as opposed to it just ending
- The scoring metric on calls overall places a large emphasis on connect rate which is hard to control and can bring down my score on something that's not really a fault of my ability as a salesman
- It'd be great to be able to call from my own number so that my customers aren't confused when I dial them in Orum and it comes through as not my number
- As a BDR, setting meetings is how I get most of my Bonus, and Orum has allowed me to do this more easily by reaching more prospects
- Whereas before I may only be able to make 500 calls a week if I really grinded, I can make 1,000+ calls a week using Orum even easier
- Orum's masking of my number has allowed me to get on the phone with folks that had seemingly been ghosting me for months, which has allowed me to grow my business
