Overall Satisfaction with Orum

I use it for cold outbound outreach, and Orum helps in making sure the dials are happening at a faster speed while making sure calls are being marked properly in CRM. Orum also gives a way to speed up reaching on inbound lists so it gives best of. both worlds.

Better than many parallel dialers out there, Better tracking, better logging and faster speed. A good UI to easily navigate through things is a bonus as well.
Faster Speed in Dialing, the ability to have more numbers to dial with just helps in a faster call pick up rate and overall a better experience.

Rather than spending time in Calls Hygeine, Orum helps focusing on making calls which is exactly the case it should be used and approved. Ability to reach to more people in less time increases chances of getting a meeting which is what Orum helps and works the best in. Recommended.
