Overall Satisfaction with Orum
We use Orum to make mass amounts of dials as well as review stats on how we can improve our meeting conversions. The main problem it solves the manually aspect of cold calling. Dialing each number by hand or copy/pasting the number into another dialer is not efficient. With Orum I can call 100 people in one hour whereas before I may have been only been able to call 25 people.
Pros
- Increases the amount of dials
- Gives feedback on calls
- Team collaboration aspect
Cons
- Orum can be clunky... improving the smoothness of dials would be preferable
- Connectivity with other tools could be better (logging data)
- Easy spot to view tag/notes tab (User interface could use some work)
- Increase the amount of pipeline we generate
- When the system is down we lose money
- Need more consistent user experience with Orum (some days it runs great and some days it does not)
- Outreach
Orum and Outreach have similar capabilities. Outreach can create sequences for calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other tasks. Orum increases the efficiency of calls so working with both software creates a good tandem effort for outbound work. As both have there downfalls - the vast majority of the time they create our life easier as the end user.
