Overall Satisfaction with Orum

Make dialing cold calls faster and more efficient producing more connected calls and more meaningful conversations.

Pros

  • dialing
  • enriching phone numbers
  • showing bad numbers

Cons

  • the "cancelled calls" feature can result in multiple calls to the same person
  • the refresh option I wish was automated from Salesloft
  • No Negatives so far
Its very user friendly and the interface is great
