Overall Satisfaction with Orum

I use Orum to consistently call prospects about key events or use cases that would be of interest to them. Using Orum enables me to send 100s of more calls in a day that I would be able to otherwise, while ensuring customers receive outreach that feels personalized to them.

Pros

  • Excellent UI
  • High degree of customizability
  • Ability to call 7+ contacts at once for calls at scale

Cons

  • Integrations back to Outreach application
  • More clear indicator on when a number I am using may have gone "bad"
  • More AI roleplay
  • 300% more calls through using Orum than my previous quarter without it
  • Tripled amount of meetings booked
  • Drastically increased my ability to manage callbacks through Orum's text integration
Orum has truly leveled up my calling abilities like no tool has. Its intuitive UI, rapid auto-dialer, and customizability have made it my go-to call tool. There may be slight improvements to be made from a CRM integration standpoint (much of which isn't Orum's fault because outreach doesn't give data), but beyond that I would give a strong recommendation for users looking to implement personalization at scale.

I have both Orum and Outreach but use Orum for instances where I need to call at scale. Outreach is designed for one-off calls but does not have nearly the breadth and quality of resources for dialing at scale that Orum does.

Orum is well-suited for scenarios where I need to call 100+ customers in an efficient amount of time but don't want to spend time dialing them individually. Can be excellent multi-tasking-- I can have orum on in the background dialing while working on another task and then switch over to its UI quickly when I get a pickup. Because Orum links back to your CRM or tools like outreach, if the data is spotty in those places, it can be tricky to have hyper-personalized conversations where you'd need detailed notes.
