They have been available when I contact them by phone or email. They respond and follow-up timely.

OutboundEngine is more of a general information program that with more frequent postings. My clients are more interested in this type of postings, than one on a home I sold or open house that I am doing. However, I do have a free email program that I use several times a month with information about the real estate market and other news. I need both programs running my marketing business.
