I needed a logic-based quiz tool capable of doing some basic/advanced calculations that could redirect users to various results. Outgrow was the perfect tool. The user experience is friendly and the results are delivered quickly. The quizzes are easy to set up. The process is very well thought out. The configuration options are awesome (configure to embed, popup, etc.). Add to that the promotion suggestions and you have an absolute winner.
- The interface is simple and very intuitive making it very simple to begin to master the creation of the questionnaires. Each step is presented in a logical order with customized as simple as a shuffleboard.
- The user reporting features is vital to success using a questionnaire tool and Outgrow makes it easy to get the information you need to measure outcomes.
- The existing templates provide great starting points. You don't spend time staring at a blank design screen and wonder where to go next.
- I would like to see social sharing and redirect both on the results page.
- We use Outgrow to "vet" clients moving them to the next step. This saves us about 5 hours a week.
- We use Outgrow to gather "intel" prior to the proposal stage. This is priceless because the phone conversation is a review having delivered to the potential client the material we are going to review. This streamlines our sales process.
Outgrow does more logical calculations, delivers CTA on the results page, redirects based upon results, and is easier to build than [the competitors]. Each tool has at least one of the features of Outgrow, but none of them combine them except for Outgrow. I was looking for a logic-based tool that would be able to redirect or deliver depending upon need and Outgrow over delivers on this.
