Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used Outlaw for various purposes, from employment contracts, to business contracting. We even implemented some of their features for normal operations in regards to T&C's/Applications for credit.

Pros and Cons

Simple, easy to learn user interface.
Support team set the standard for digital contracting services.
Personalized on-boarding experience.
End user interface (signing) easy to navigate.

API/Integrations.
Ability to embed Outlaw services into custom software (headless).

Return on Investment

Outlaw offers a very competitively prices service compared to others.
Outlaw will not be able to scale or grow with companies that are in high growth lifecycles based on feedback regarding their product roadmap.

Alternatives Considered

PandaDoc and DocuSign

Outlaw was selected based on simplicity and price, but we had to move away from Outlaw due to lack of integration.

Usability

Simple to use, can be implemented across a diverse set of industries.

Support Rating

Support always came day of, the staff and owners were wonderful to work with.

Depending on company size, Outlaw is a perfect fit. Small to med sized businesses who utilize this service would excel, given that the amount of contracts being sent to different recipients on a manual basis was not high.
