Overall Satisfaction with Outlaw

We use Outlaw on both the sales and customer success teams.

Outlaw makes it very easy to collaborate on contracts and share them with our clients.

The automatically generated variables make it very easy to keep our sales and customer success reps on track. We no longer waste time adjusting variables in word documents. It also captures redlines.

Overall it's great but sharing workflow is difficult.

I have not interacted with support.
Great for fast-paced teams that need an agile solution. The overview page makes it easy for the customer to digest. The logic behind variables is robust. So easy any sales rep can use it.

Redlines and editing them is overly governed. Sharing with prospects is unintuitive and could be done better.
