Overall Satisfaction with Paligo

As a software company that creates software for all kinds of businesses, we want our documentation to be easily available to customers. This documentation consists of product-related content; how to use and set up TOPdesk. We use Paligo to manage the content of this documentation and to publish it to a help center.

Although there are some small things (like shifting between publications and topics in the navigator when opening a topic), I also experienced that it was very easy to explain some colleagues how to work with Paligo. Compared to our previous tool, it is way more intuitive. And big step forward for us.

I would recommend Paligo as a tool when asked which tool to use for content reuse purposes. However, for many colleagues, I think the effort to get an account with proper permissions and understanding the tool and structure would be a little too much. But if their use case fits well, I would definitely show Paligo.
