Overall Satisfaction with Pantheon

I host my Drupal 8 site with Pantheon. I use Lando for local and Dev, Test, and Live on Pantheon. When it's working things are great. However, when I need to contact tech support it takes usually 30 to 60 minutes to get a conversation happening in live chat and there are often delays between responses. Creating a support ticket is even slower with responses happening sometimes the next day. My latest frustration is the worst so far in that it's been 19 days since I opened a ticket on the issue and it is still NOT resolved.

  • Personal Interaction beyond chats with long delays between responses
  • A little familiarity with Lando and Terminus working with Pantheon
  • Speed of the server is good
  • Backups and storage are a decent value
  • Support is a big waste because of the time I have already spent and still no resolution in 19 days!

If someone is a knowledgable developer that is antisocial and wants to avoid talking with people then Pantheon might be a good fit. It's definitely not for a customer to call.
