Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation
Pardot is currently being used by the Marketing department but as our department develops we will add the Sales team.
- Forms - Easy to use and lots of options
- Drip Campaigns - Easy to use and making marketing automation is that much better
- Email creation - A step up from using Constant Contact and allows us to get more in depth with our email system.
- Integration with SalesForce - this was key for us in order to move forward.
- Email templates - currently there are a lot of restrictions that make it hard for us to create the emails we would like to make.
- Better Customer Service
- Expanded Data Analysis
