Overall Satisfaction with Pardot Marketing Automation

Pardot is currently being used by the Marketing department but as our department develops we will add the Sales team.
  • Forms - Easy to use and lots of options
  • Drip Campaigns - Easy to use and making marketing automation is that much better
  • Email creation - A step up from using Constant Contact and allows us to get more in depth with our email system.
  • Integration with SalesForce - this was key for us in order to move forward.
  • Email templates - currently there are a lot of restrictions that make it hard for us to create the emails we would like to make.
  • Better Customer Service
  • Expanded Data Analysis
Pardot is based more towards B2B and we are a B2C company so that would be part of the selection process as sometimes it's a little hard to use for a B2C.
