Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Paychex Flex is being used by our whole organization. I have had offers from other companies to view their products; however, I trust Paychex. I like that staff can edit certain aspects of their information in Paychex. Staff likes being able to have access to their payroll information. Plus, Paychex's support is top notch. If I have questions I will send an email or call. My call or email is answered immediately or within a couple hours.

Support is great. If I call or email I am answered within a couple hours. They are always knowledgeable. I have had offers to view other payroll software but have refused. Paychex is a great fit for our company. If I had made any type of error support has always worked with me to correct the error.

Usability

Love it! Easy to use. There are instructional videos if you have any questions. However, Paychex is pretty simple. I can custom different payroll templates for different types of payrolls ... standard, incentive, bonus, etc. If you forgot to update someone's deductions that can be done during payroll prep. Paychex is very user friendly.

QuickBooks Desktop Pro, WebPT, OneDrive

Likelihood to Recommend

Extremely easy to use. There are instructional videos for self-help, if needed. Reps train prior to software going live. Ability to update any part of staffing information, when needed. But, staff has the ability to update the majority of their info - address, phone, tax, etc. - if HR allows. I would recommend Paychex to anyone.
