Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex to onboard, develop, and pay our employees. It houses all of the data and all of the policies and procedure information for all of our staff. Our staff can read and sign acknowledgments electronically. That makes it very user-friendly for everyone. We really like that it is easy to use.

I've always received great service and support. When ever I've called, I get good and helpful people who really want to help. It is important to me that I deal with people who are sincere...not only with their words...but...also in their actions. You can tell when people are just going through the checklist or really looking to help.

I got a good rate and good services. As I mentioned before...it is important for me to deal with people who care about providing good service and support. Who are sincere in their actions. Not just lip service. The people I've talked to at Paychex have given me good pricing.
