Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is used to retrieve paycheck stubs and salary information. We use Paychex Flex to administer pay increases and generate reports regarding pay across our company.
  • Up to date
  • Both website and app are easy to use
  • Provides copies of W2 forms for tax purposes
  • Administer pay increases.
  • Tracks total hours worked for OSHA 300 log.
  • The sign up process is a bit difficult for some employees
  • Provide time savings by allowing our company to be paperless regarding paychecks and paystubs.
  • Employees are able to use the app on their phone to access up to date information.
  • Generates reports for tax purposes.
  • Makes tax withholding simple and straightforward.
Positively - We use the reporting feature to understand pay trends, and compare the data to our competitors.
We have great support from Terri W.! Very efficient! Also have used the IRA support function to allow employees to increase their IRA deductions.
No other products. We have used Paychex Flex exclusively for many years.

Very user friendly. If we have issues, they are usually resolved quickly. Employees like it because they have immediate access to forms, paystubs, W2 forms, etc.
In a paperless environment, Paychex Flex is great for providing paystubs for employees. We have trained our employees to use the Paychex Flex app on their mobile devices to access paystubs. Very convenient for our employees.
