Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is used for payroll, and workman's compensation. Employees have access to the portal, which makes for easier tracking and greater personal control of records. The online portal and direct deposit options facilitate ease of payroll. The system is flexible and user friendly. Reports are timely and easily incorporated with other accounting systems.

Easy to use.
The online features make input of data very easy. The training when our organization first came on board was very helpful. The transition from the previous provider was seamless, and there was continued support for the first few payroll periods.
Customer service is excellent!! Trouble shooting goes beyond the chat option. Our representative is available when needed. If not available, there is always an option to contact someone else who provides support.
