Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is used by our entire organization. It allows us to manage our employees and payroll with virtually no problems at all.
  • Customer service is phenomenal. Someone is always available to walk you through your payrun even on the day of an issue.
  • Reporting is simple to use and understand.
  • Great tools to manage payroll.
  • Some of the quarter-end and year-end reports I have needed have had to be created by Paycor instead of giving me the option of creating the report myself.
  • Prior to using Paycor I used QuickBooks. Using Paycor has freed me of at least 15 hours or more a year to focus on business growth and development.
ADP and QuickBooks. Paycor is the Major Leagues and those other guys are in the minors.
I tried ADP and hated the inexperienced sales staff that was trying to set our account up. They required paper documents of everything instead of secure transfer of documents. I hated it. Paycor was the complete opposite. I trusted their sales team, their support team, and everyone else I've worked with along the way. I would not recommend any organization other than Paycor.
