- Updating user information is simple, and self-serve changes make it easy for employees

- Fragmentation of areas (Perform HR, Perform Payroll, Perform Time, Perform Benefits) can be confusing when requesting assistance
- Report generation does not feel intuitive, and the columns/filters often behave in ways that don't reflect the selections
