Ximble

Overall Satisfaction with Ximble, a Paycor company

We use Ximble as a labor management solution. We use it for scheduling employees and clocking in and out of shifts. Employees can track their hours easily and the employer can submit payroll and change timesheets easily. We moved from a punch time clock to ximble and it was a seamless transition.
  • Clocking in/clocking out of hourly employees
  • Trading shifts and communication with the entire staff
  • Schedule requests
  • GPS does not always sync up immediately and therefore employees clock in late even though they were there.
  • Employees forget to clock out via the app and cannot clock out once they have left the premesis.
  • Cannot clock in if you are not scheduled by an administrator. This is difficult when an employee is covering a shift for another employee and ultimately disrupts the work flow.
  • We are able to track employee times digitally and can submit payroll from anywhere. Our admin does not need to stay in the office looking at timecards to do so anymore.
  • Inexpensive compared to other programs, and we have had only benefits after purchasing this software.
  • Mobile app works well and is easy for employees to utilize. Employees like this better than the time clock.
Ximble is simple and easy to use. It is inexpensive, but not all-encompassing. Because we use other HR solutions ADP was too all-encompassing for our needs. We only needed a digital timeclock, and for a small fee. Ximble was able to meet our needs while also fitting within out tight budget.
Ximble is well-suited for an organization that has a large amount of hourly employees. The admin can create the schedule, employees can request off and see their timesheets, and everything is organized in one place.
Ximble is not well-suited for businesses that are not going to continually update and work within the program for the employees. For example, the admin needs to utilize this program for more than just a time clock. Our business is newer to technology and the admin has been slow to update after we moved locations, has not utilized the availability features, and only uses it as a timeclock.
