Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We are currently using it for payroll only. I have had to do payroll in house in the past and I am most thankful that I do not have to handle the taxes and end of year filings. Assigning classes to individuals allows us to run reports and code our payroll entries according to job duties.

Pros

  • Reporting - customization of reports
  • End of year filings for w2s
  • Availability of tax filings online

Cons

  • Help section on website is extremely difficult to maneuver
  • Paycor makes payroll easy for someone that has to fill in and doesn't do payroll every week.
  • Having W2s completed frees up time for end of year financials.
Not sure. - I don't believe that we have sat down and thought specifically about time savings. We don't have anything to compare it to as far as this company is concerned. I know that tax filings and payroll by hand takes a greater amount of time as well as burden on the company.
Not a 10 due to the Help section. Any time I have a question that I cannot figure out, I have to call or email customer service. The help section is difficult to navigate.
We currently only use it for payroll. I know there are other features available but we have not taken advantage of them.
