Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for our payroll needs at our church organization. Paycor handles all our payroll tasks after we input our information every 2 weeks. Working with a payroll company such as Paycor, a lot of the HR tasks have been done for us, including the tax details, which can be confusing for any new finance admin.

Pros

Cons

  • Always a different person helping, no one rep to assist
  • Lacks Awareness to new office takeovers, no introduction to new person taking on payroll
  • More personal contact to employers regular basis-checkins
Not sure.
Still learning, this is my overall observation at this time and as I work with Paycor more, I'm sure I'll be able to determine more so what I feel Paycor lacks in usability. At this time, its sufficient enough for me and our church to use. I appreciate the tutorials as resources to check on Paycor's usability with our needs.
I haven't personally used any others since this is my first time with a payroll company.
Corrections needed for payroll input--emails detailed but can be confusing--a person calling telling me over the phone what I did wrong, is more helpful and keeps me from the error happening again if well explained. I have had this happen 2 times and still have to call a rep for further clarification. I feel this is very efficient in resolving a possible recurring error.
