Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Hourly employees clocking in and clocking out each work day. Employees are entitled to an hour lunch so they are not required to punch out/in for lunch, however, if they have to leave for appointments or other activities that do not involve the office they must punch out.
  • Highlighting employees that miss a punch
  • Online ability to check your punches and information
  • Online ability to check the status of your contributions to retirement
  • We have the time lock that is located in a central location, requires last four of SSN and password, sometimes it is hard to get a full punch if you are not pressing hard enough or in a hurry.
  • It has improved efficiency, prevented "time padding"
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
It has been easy to learn, application is perfect for our office situation.
Employee ability to monitor your own punches, etc.
