Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use Paycor to process payroll and tax services. The software works well. The customer support has been and is still horrible.

Pros

  • Ease of doing payroll
  • Easy to onboard new employees
  • Easy to change employees information

Cons

  • Customer service is terrible.
  • Sales does not return calls.
  • Rates are changed and explanations are not given.

  • Frees up time to do my real job.
Payroll is very quick and easy. But, in my experience, if you have a problem it is a nightmare to resolve.
Easy peasy.
Going off of Paycor because of the billing changes and not being able to talk to anyone about it for 2 weeks.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Software is easy to use. Customer service is terrible in my experience.
