Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I use Paycor to process payroll and tax services. The software works well. The customer support has been and is still horrible.
Pros
- Ease of doing payroll
- Easy to onboard new employees
- Easy to change employees information
Cons
- Customer service is terrible.
- Sales does not return calls.
- Rates are changed and explanations are not given.

- Frees up time to do my real job.
Payroll is very quick and easy. But, in my experience, if you have a problem it is a nightmare to resolve.
Going off of Paycor because of the billing changes and not being able to talk to anyone about it for 2 weeks.
