We use Paycor for Payroll and HR functions.

Pros

Not sure.
I am still trying to learn about functions that look like they might be useful to my company.
It is well suited for users to get in and see their information; pay stubs, W-2, PTO, etc. One thing I have come across is that 1:1 with a manager have presets that are not customizable.
