Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is mostly easily used for the employee and admin. However I think reporting function is lacking and it is very difficult to narrow down to specific information. In addition we recently added Expense Management but the installation was awful! We still have problems and cannot use it and from my experience I do not get response from the installer

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
It would be a higher rating if it wasn't for customer service and reporting
Paycor is a good system at the right price. Employee documentation and tracking is outstanding. I find employee information is easily accessible.
