Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We are a non-profit, highly regulated organization that utilizes detailed reports to get reimbursement from various funders. We are able to track time and obtain labor allocation reports that allows us to get full reimbursement. We are highly regulated and the onboarding tool and certification tracking has allowed us to maintain compliance. The applicant tracking system has helped us reach out to great candidates and easily track the pre-employment process for new hires.

Cons
- We are highly regulated and need performance review templates for each position at our organization. While we were able to make this happen, the process was a bit cumbersome.
