Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We are a non-profit, highly regulated organization that utilizes detailed reports to get reimbursement from various funders. We are able to track time and obtain labor allocation reports that allows us to get full reimbursement. We are highly regulated and the onboarding tool and certification tracking has allowed us to maintain compliance. The applicant tracking system has helped us reach out to great candidates and easily track the pre-employment process for new hires.

  • Constantly improving and updating their products.
  • We are highly regulated and need performance review templates for each position at our organization. While we were able to make this happen, the process was a bit cumbersome.

Not sure. - The system is much easier to use then our prior system.
Paycor is extremely user friendly for all - staff, managers, HR.
Our old company was going out of the payroll business so we only had 2 months to move to a new system. Paycor made sure we were able to make that happen. The implementation team was incredible and we were able to build a customized system that met our needs. The ATS has brought in a higher level of candidates and has made the pre-employment process tracking much easier. We are able to build reports and track time to meet the requirements of our different funders. Employees are very happy with how user friendly Paycor is as well as the management team. Paycor has helped us communicate more timely and effectively with staff.
