Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I use paycor as my HRIS system to manage employee payroll and employee information.

Cons

  • Customer service
  • Customer service
  • Not selling constantly
  • Bringing back a dedicated representative
  • Hold Times
  • Implementation specialists actually making sure things are implemented
  • Not charging people for services they don’t use and don’t have access to

  • Increased costs with no additional services
  • Tons of manual processes
  • Onboarding is more efficient
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
The system is easy to use.
I don’t think paycor works as well as ADP
ADP Enterprise HR, Indeed Ads (Sponsored Jobs), PayCore Card Management
Paycor is good for basic payroll processing but it does not do well with integrating everything together in a smooth way. It is not customizable enough
