Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I have no problems, but I would like it to be more self-service. I would like to have the option of keeping some of the reports that have sunset. These reports were very user-friendly and served their purpose without having to create them manually. I would like to have that option returned.

Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - The reports are easy to run before some payroll reports are sent to sunset. However, the new timecards are not as user-friendly as the older timecard experience. The managers are requiring more assistance than usual, and the administrator has had to be more hands-on to ensure accuracy.
I want to be able to add earning codes manually. This was something ADP did very well, and it was speedy. Situations arise that need immediate attention could be addressed instantly. It was specific to nature. However, Paycor has a robust platform that meets most of our needs.
