Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We have used them twice a month since 2018. It was great until 2023, when I believe all of these extra charges came about. IN my experience, they charge you these extra charges but refuse to give a refund. I personally feel that Paycor is basically stealing money. It's been going on for over a year. Their product is great, but I believe the way they go about it now is theft. I took all three of my businesses away from them.

Toast Payroll & Team Management
It's easy to use—I love that part. But in my experience, they added fees for over a year and never refunded them. I feel there was always an excuse for why they charged them and why they won't refund them. I believe it's stealing, Paycor.
