Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor for Payroll, HR, and it is partially entigrated into benefit and recruiting
- Payroll is mostly a smooth process
- They are helpfull if you get the right person on the phone
- Customer Service is problematic almost always from my experience
- Employee knowledge of thier own system is lacking
- Open tickets often remain open with not progress unless you keep bugging them
- Fix your customer service
- Train you service employees better
- Get a sense of urgency - Payroll is all about deadlines that cant be missed.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings.
