Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

We use Paycor for Payroll, HR, and it is partially entigrated into benefit and recruiting
  • Payroll is mostly a smooth process
  • They are helpfull if you get the right person on the phone
  • Customer Service is problematic almost always from my experience
  • Employee knowledge of thier own system is lacking
  • Open tickets often remain open with not progress unless you keep bugging them
  • Fix your customer service
  • Train you service employees better
  • Get a sense of urgency - Payroll is all about deadlines that cant be missed.
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings.
Most things work great the problem is when there is an issue

Almost all issues come back to customer service issues. Need to work with the person that is handling the problem not use intermediary employees to go between the experts and the customer.
